Rates do not include 17% Nicaragua sales tax 5% processing fees, or gratuities. All prices are subject to change. We accept all major credit cards, Nicaraguan Córdobas, and U.S. dollars. Travelers checks are not accepted in Nicaragua.

 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of your total room stay is needed to hold your reservation.

In the event of cancellation, if notified 30 days prior to reservation and your room is rebooked, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise your deposit is forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. By sending us your deposit, you have read and agreed to this reservation and cancellation> policy.

Release of Liability

Your deposit also releases Soma Surf Resort, Morton’s Place S.A. from any and all liabilities arising from the use of any facilities, vehicles, equipment and activities provided by Soma Surf Resort.  This includes releases for negligence of any kind by Morton’s Place S.A., Soma Surf Resort.  In addition all parties are responsible for breakage and damage to all rental equipment.
