Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, if notified 30 days prior to reservation and your room is rebooked, your deposit may be refunded. Otherwise your deposit is forfeited. All deposits are NON-refundable within 30 days of arrival.
Release of Liability
Your deposit also releases Soma Surf Resort, Morton’s Place S.A. from any and all liabilities arising from the use of any facilities, vehicles, equipment, and activities provided by Soma Surf Resort. This includes releases for negligence of any kind by Morton’s Place S.A. Soma Surf Resort. In addition all parties are responsible for damage or breakage to all rental equipment.
By sending us your deposit, you have read and agreed to this reservation, cancellation, and liability policy.
